We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
