Greenridge Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in New Orleans presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 809 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
