Content Writer - newsletters (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in New Orleans presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
