Content Writer - newsletters (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in New Orleans serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Families are partners. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
