Content Writer - newsletters (Nashville, TN)

Bright Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Nashville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
