Content Writer - newsletters (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
