Content Writer - newsletters (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Summit Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
