Ironwood Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
