Content Writer - newsletters (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Milwaukee area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts.
