Content Writer - newsletters (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Housing Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists.
