Content Writer - newsletters (Miami, FL)

Lumen Granite Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Miami area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
