Content Writer - newsletters (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Memphis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
