Content Writer - newsletters (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
