Northwind Birch Transit Planning is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
