Content Writer - newsletters (Madison, WI)

Nova Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Madison, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
