Content Writer - newsletters (Madison, WI)

Highbridge River Press produces print and digital publications in Madison. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
