We are growing our team at Westbrook Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
