Content Writer - newsletters (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Louisville with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
