Content Writer - newsletters (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Willow Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Louisville area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
