Content Writer - newsletters (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
