Westbrook Umber Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
