Content Writer - newsletters (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
