Content Writer - newsletters (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
