Content Writer - newsletters (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Jackson supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge.
