Content Writer - newsletters (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Indianapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
