Content Writer - newsletters (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
