Content Writer - newsletters (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
