Content Writer - newsletters (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
