Cedar Ember Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
