Bright Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Hartford, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge.
