Content Writer - newsletters (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Fresno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
