Content Writer - newsletters (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
