Content Writer - newsletters (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
