Content Writer - newsletters (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
