Content Writer - newsletters (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Keystone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
