Content Writer - newsletters (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
