Content Writer - newsletters (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Rook Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Detroit, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
