Content Writer - newsletters (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Birch Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Detroit serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
