We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts.
