We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
