We are growing our team at Greenridge Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
