Lumen Ashton Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Denver. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
