Content Writer - newsletters (Denver, CO)

Northwind Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Denver, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
