Summit Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
