Content Writer - newsletters (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Dallas area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
