Content Writer - newsletters (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Rowan Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Columbus area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
