Content Writer - newsletters (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts.
