Fernwood Bright Housing is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
