Content Writer - newsletters (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Kestrel Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Cincinnati plant. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
