Content Writer - newsletters (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Haven Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cincinnati supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
